Dave Thomas & Andy Hunt invade my Plog :)

February 1, 2006

I knew Amazon had been working on personalized blogs but today was the first day I saw my Amazon.com Plog. A Plog is a personalized web log that appears on your customer home page at Amazon. Plogs are based on your purchase or view/search habits and so unique and only accessible to you. Amazon is also introducing a new program called Amazon Connect which is a program for authors whose books are for sale on Amazon.com. By registering, authors are able to post messages to readers Plogs who have bought your books on Amazon.com.

Here’s what I saw from the Pragmatic Programmers – Dave Thomas and Andy Hunt.
